Pho Saigon Bay – Surveillance System Replacement & Upgrade

After their 15-year-old camera system stopped working for over six months, Pho Saigon Bay turned to Jefferson Network Solutions for a complete security upgrade.

We began by removing the outdated equipment, then installed a modern 4K 14-camera surveillance system with full coverage of the restaurant. A 27-inch monitor was mounted in the office for management use, and a 42-inch display was added to the food prep area—giving staff complete visibility of all key zones without needing to leave their stations.

Every camera was hardwired with professional-grade cabling—no batteries, no wireless dropouts, and no need for ongoing adjustments. We configured and tested the entire system, and set up secure mobile access across all requested staff devices for easy, remote monitoring.

Pho Saigon Bay now runs with a fully restored sense of oversight and security, backed by a reliable system built for the long haul.
